Crystal has substantive years of experiences in EPC projects (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction), specifically in the construction industry. She holds an engineering degree from the National University of Singapore (NUS). She is a member of the Singapore Institute of Purchasing and Materials Management (SIPMM). She completed a leadership course, Advanced Diploma in Procurement and Supply Management (ADPSM), in April 2019 at SIPMM Institute.
